“The Armed Forces Are Protected From Corruption And Illegal Acts By The President And The Government” President Bihi

HARGEISA—The event held at the presidential palace saw the attendance of the president, Musa Bihi Abdi, the Chief of national army, Brigadier General Nuh Tani, the presidential adviser on political affairs, Mr. Ali Mohamed Waranade, the defense minister, Mr. Abdikani Ateye, and others officials from the ruling party. Both the Chief army and the minister of defense have reiterated that the brand new graduates who completed their masters education in military from Ethiopia will benefit the much needed expertise to Somaliland defense forces.

The President of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Muse Bihi Abdi, thanked the graduating officials for the progress and success of their universities and the thousands of students from across Africa. The President urged the graduating officers to build their skills in the army, so that the nation can have a strong army.

“We need the knowledge that you bring and the progress that you build in the army, and if the army is in the nation, we will progress what you waiting for state-building and to the army as the more established and protected silver excused, “he said Musa Bihi.

The President of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Muse Bihi Abdi, has warned against any propaganda against the insurgents and that no one can break the rules and regulations of the armed forces, saying, “As the president and the government, we are all responsible.

we must protect the army from graduation, the army will not be able to carry out corruption, the army cannot take corruption, the army cannot pass law and no one can apply the law, the army cannot build and the army it is a hearing issue, and we will not report it to the armed forces.

” The president also ordered that the areas of public interest be allocated to the armed forces and civil servants, while also sending the Ministry of Public Works, Land and Housing to carry out this mandate.  The four graduates of the Ethiopian universities, one of whom won a gold medal, are: Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Hurre Haarriye, Lieutenant Colonel Nimmaan Yusuf Osman, Colonel Abdirizak Hassan Dalmar and Colonel Mustafe Abdi Hassan. have been studying for several years in Ethiopia.
